In compliance with FTC regulations and industry standards, CADENS Inc. affirms that the carat total weight of all jewelry items may vary by up to 0.05 carats from the stated weight. For pieces with multiple diamonds, we provide a minimum total carat weight. Color and clarity are described either as a minimum or as an average, depending on the number of diamonds in the piece.

If a minimum is stated, all diamonds meet or exceed that quality.
If an average is used, the diamonds, when averaged together, meet or exceed the stated grade.

For custom jewelry and wedding bands, total carat weight may vary depending on the selected finger size and other customizations.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and update it as needed.
