At CADENS, we want your shopping experience to be as seamless and enjoyable as possible. That’s why we offer free FedEx shipping on every order, ensuring your items arrive quickly and securely.
We understand the excitement of receiving your new jewelry, so we also offer free return shipping on all orders. If you're not completely satisfied, returning your purchase is hassle-free.
Since most of our jewelry is made to order, the time from order to delivery can vary depending on the specific item. All orders are shipped via FedEx and will arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in your order confirmation. In some cases, if your item is ready sooner, you may receive your order earlier than expected.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email confirmation with tracking details, so you can stay updated on the status of your delivery.

Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
At this time, CADENS does not offer international shipping. We are dedicated to providing timely delivery for all orders, ensuring that your jewelry arrives in excellent condition. However, please note that delivery delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In certain cases, we may choose an alternative shipping method if necessary to meet your target destination and delivery date.
If your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, please report this to CADENS within 5 days of receiving your tracking number. We will work with you to address the issue promptly.
For insurance reasons, we cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped from CADENS. Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of order to avoid any issues.
