At CADENS Inc., we are committed to ensuring you love your jewelry. That’s why we offer complimentary 14-day returns on eligible purchases. If for any reason you're not satisfied, simply return your item within 14 days of the first delivery attempt for a full refund or exchange — no stress, no hassle.
Free Return Shipping:
We proudly offer free FedEx/USPS return shipping on all eligible returns. Upon approval, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and further instructions to make the return process smooth and convenient.
Return Eligibility:
All returned items must meet the following conditions:

In original, unworn condition

Accompanied by all original paperwork and packaging

Unaltered, not engraved, not resized, and not previously exchanged
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom orders (including any item altered from its original form)

Engraved or embossed items

Personalized or special order creations

Made-to-order jewelry

Items that have been resized or previously exchanged
Custom Orders
All custom orders are final sale.
Any jewelry that has been customized — including modified, engraved, resized, or specially created pieces — is considered a custom order and cannot be returned or refunded. In select cases, exchanges may be approved at CADENS Inc.’s sole discretion.
Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email info@cadens.com to request a cancellation.
Resizing & Non-Resizable Rings
Within 30 days of the first delivery attempt, we will resize your ring for free, including free shipping both ways. Please note that not all rings can be resized:
Cannot Be Resized:

Eternity bands (with diamonds encircling the band)

Rings made from alternative metals like tantalum or titanium
May Be Resized (with fee):

Custom, modified, or engraved rings may be resized, but resize fees apply.
Refund FAQs
How long will it take to process my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Credit/Debit Cards: Expect to see the refund reflected in your account within 4–7 business days after processing.

Bank Wire, Cash, or Other Special Payment Methods: Refunds will be issued by check.
Do I need a return shipping authorization number?
Yes. All returns must include a valid return shipping authorization number. Returns sent without one will not be accepted.

Return shipping authorizations are valid for 5 days from the date of issue.

If your authorization has expired, please email info@cadens.com to request a new one.
Items improperly packaged, uninsured, or returned after the 14-day return window will be declined. Return items must be undamaged and in new condition; wear or alterations by a non-CADENS Inc. jeweler are not accepted.
